These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Elite Options website and educational services operated by Green Mountain Range Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.
Elite Options is an educational service. We teach the strategy and discipline behind engaging with simulated, foreign exchange, and proprietary trading programs. We are a classroom, not a broker: we do not execute trades, manage funds, sell trading products, or provide individualized investment advice, and we are not registered with any financial regulatory authority. Nothing in our materials constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged instruments involves significant risk, including the possibility of losing more than the funds deposited. Simulated results do not represent live trading, and past performance does not indicate future results. Any decision you make in any market is yours alone. Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Our text messaging program is strictly transactional. If you opt in, we may send you text messages only for the following purposes: scheduling confirmations for calls, sessions, or consultations you have booked with us; appointment and session reminders; account and service notifications; and one-to-one replies to questions you send us. We do not send promotional or marketing messages by text, and we do not send trade alerts or trading signals.
You opt in through the optional, unchecked consent box on our contact form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. Because our messages are transactional, the number you receive depends on your own activity, such as how many sessions you book and how often you contact us.
Msg & data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
For help at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, and we will respond with instructions and our contact information. You can also email admin2@eliteoptions.net.
Mobile information collected through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Program access, pricing, and any refund terms are stated at the point of enrollment for each program. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access credentials to yourself.
Lessons, recordings, templates, and other materials are our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal educational use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them, and you may not use the site or services unlawfully or to interfere with their operation.
The site and services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Mountain Range Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising out of your use of the site or services.
